Description
Cutting saw KP 500 Automat is a suitable solution for the preparation of prisms and boards in the production of pallets and other wooden packaging products. It was designed to replace the heavy physical work of the operator, eliminate the error rate of the operator, be able to quickly change the cut lengths in case of high variability of orders, and at the same time could process a wide assortment of input lengths. As a result, all this results in a great saving of material, often up to 25%, saving time for processing a unit of material and, last but not least, much easier and safer work for the machine operator. It goes without saying that there are safety features that ensure the safety of work on the optimization saw. The machine meets the strict requirements for work safety resulting from the relevant EC regulations and directives.

Basic device functions

Continuous adjustment of cutting faces according to the operator’s request. Return to the preset value of the length of the input material Use for the production of cubes. The advantage is a quick transition between individual blocksvalues for frequent changes of input material.

Service
The saw can be operated by one employee, the placement of the second one is limited by the weight and amount of material that the operator must manually place in the machine.
Cutting saw capacity
Production capacity is determined by the cross-sectional dimensions of the processed material, its length and the manufactured assortments. For the calculation, it is possible to use data on the maximum feed speed of the feeder up to 60 m/min. and the speed of one cycle of cutting approximately 3 seconds. On average, we process 10-13 m3 of pallet blanks per shift, or approx. 13 thousand. pieces of cubes for the production of pallets.
More possible extension of the cutting saw KP 500 Automat
Cutting saws the machine can be supplemented with manipulation elements at the output of the machine. At the exit, it is possible to use a driven roller conveyor with pneumatic extrusion of the packet onto the transverse gravity chute.
