Of course, great emphasis is placed on the quality of the cut and ease of use. The highly versatile FLS ARROW Ai saw is mainly used in small and medium-sized operations. On the FLS ARROW saw, it is also possible to cut PRISMA, slats, prisms and large-area material. Input materials can be plastered, spread, formatted, blanks and slats can be produced. It is also possible to cut diagonally and miter. The advantage of the machine is the high speed and accuracy of individual cuts and a high degree of flexibility in the input and output dimensions of the processed material. FLS ARROW Ai is appreciated in sawmill production, in furniture workshops, in the production of semi-finished products for windows, doors and stairs. It also works successfully in the processing of large-scale materials, in carpentry operations and in the production of wooden structures. The machine can also be used for splitting non-wood materials, e.g. PUR panels, sandwich panels, plastic boards, aluminum boards, etc. It goes without saying that there are safety features that ensure the safety of work on sweeping saws. Arrangement and principle of the saw
The cut material, freely placed on the work table, is longitudinally cut by a moving saw blade. After the end of the cut, the saw blade is inserted under the work table of the saw and moves to the starting position. At the same time, the rear longitudinal stop (ruler) automatically moves the cut material to the new value of the cut width.
Advantages:
The rear stop of the machine enables simple and quick adjustment of the width of the cut. Values can be automatically selected using three program systems:
- Absolute settings – enables automatic approach to the selected material width value
- Chain settings – automatic shift by the specified value (reduction from the total width of the cutting joint)
- Optimization system – automatic combination of widths in the material according to operator default values (width optimization for maximum output) All types of control are included in the standard design of the machine.
• Continuously adjustable disc feed at a speed of 0 – 80 m / min. guarantees high cutting performance. • Continuous adjustment of feed speed using a foot pedal or control on the machine panel. • The control of the stroke of the disc guarantees a clean cut and a high-quality cut surface. • Changing the saw blade is easy and safe – quick clamping of the saw blade. • The saw is equipped with a laser, the beam of which marks the cutting path on the material and enables precise adjustment of the cut.
