Description
Fully automatic production equipment, consisting of 5 working units (see below) in automatic mode starting aggregates. The machine can work independently or it can be included in the production line behind the hammering machine SMPA 500.2 ED. The device allows you to process pallets with dimensions in widths from 700 mm to 1200 mm and lengths from 600 mm to 1,500 mm.
Description of the device function:
The operator places the pallet on the infeed conveyor and confirms the start of the process or the pallet enters the line fully automatically from of the hammering machine SMPA 500.1 ED. Furthermore, it moves unattended between individual operations without the need for an operator until the final output on the non-driven output conveyor. The individual engines of the aggregates are started automatically when the pallet passes, after the work is completed they are switched off until the arrival of the next pallet. On the output roller conveyor, the operator performs a final visual inspection and manual stacking. The control system makes it possible to deactivate individual sections of the line, unless it is necessary to perform a specific operation on the pallet. Another possibility is the inclusion of a driven output conveyor followed by the use of a stacker.
Device assembly:
1. Input roller conveyor
- steel structure of the machine with driven steel rollers
- distance between rollers approx. 250 mm (for a pallet of min. length 600 mm)
- driven system with manual pallet loading or fully automatic pallet input mode from the stacking machine.
2. Marking of pallets
- pneumatic pallet pressure during marking

- electric resistance heating of templates – adjustable temperature
