Universal mechanical table MT-1400 is characterized by an adjustable work surface, mechanical clamping of elements (cubes or prisms) . It is an adjustable, semi-automatic pallet nailing table for pallets of different sizes. Its ergonomic design allows quick and easy adjustment of the size of the pallet template. The maximum dimensions of the pallet are width 1400 mm and height 1300 mm. Only one operator is needed to produce 210-230 pallets during one 8-hour shift. The operator can use several types of nailers for different sizes of nails. Each of the nailers is suspended on balancers on the upper roller track for the convenience of the operator. The roller track allows the nailers to move freely along the overhead rail mounting system. The design of the table guarantees production efficiency as well as operator comfort.
